Kids (5-7 years)
Jiu-Jitsu basically does not use striking (punching and kicking), and by learning techniques and self-defense that allow them to subdue their opponents without hurting them, they will gain confidence and at the same time learn to respect their opponents, which will lead to measures to prevent physical bullying.
Kids (8-12 Years)
This class will start with a warm-up using Jiu-Jitsu movements, then move on to basic Jiu-Jitsu techniques and the latest techniques used in competitions.
